The client a keen surfer lives in terraced town house in Tynemouth on the North East Coast. The family need more space but they don’t want to move away from the sea. Our proposal includes enclosing the existing rear yard, to create an open plan kitchen/ dining /day lounge space.

The roof of the extensions will become terraces and a sliding glass roof creates an indoor / outdoor space at the heart of the house.
