Huttoft.

The proposed building will be a wildlife trust visitor centre, bird observatory, gallery and restaurant. The building will be located on the beach side of the sea defence at Huttoft.

The building will sit on legs to avoid flooding during autumn and winter high tides. The building will be accessed via a ramp which connects the building to a high point at the entrance to the beach.
