Links House Beadnell.

The site for Links House sits halfway between the villages of Beadnell and Sea Houses on the Northumbrian Coast. The four bedroom house utilises Passivhaus methods of heating and ventilation.

The form of the house is a direct response to the contours of the surrounding sand dunes.

The house is split level with an open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge on the upper level to the north. The building spreads out to the south with an east facing enclosed courtyard, and connected annex to the south. The continuous folded roof form rises and falls at a shallow pitch echoing the profile of the dunes.
